Mr. Mayor road the Wabash Canonball from terminus to terminus, knows Los Angeles like a disappointed ex, and knows Skid Row like the mayor of it. But in the end, just a bum.

If there's something out there on the streets you want, Tor will get it for you. If you don't want it, Tor will get it for you anyway. Tor really is a pusher.

The world sees him as just a Thug, but Mastiff is a man with ambition. Then again, Mastiff isn't a real name either.
